Can't have more than three mods installed on Power Fist

Google was no help to this. Currently I have the Saw Blade, Shears, and Lux Capacitor upgrades on my Power Fist. I had just gotten the Shovel and Axe mods installed, yet when holding my sneak key and scrolling my mouse wheel, I only see the three I had installed before (the Saw Blade, Shears and Lux Capacitor mods).

My guess is there's a limit of a total of three mods can only be installed at a time per Power Fist, yet no page on the Internet mentions any limit to the number of mods you can have installed on it.
Can someone help me out here?

The Axe, Shovel and Pickaxe mods don't show up on the scroll wheel. It automatically uses the proper tool. So shovel for sand and dirt, or axe for logs. The grafter is the same way.

FTB wiki is sometimes out of date, or some things get missed. It's a massive ever changing project to keep it up to date.
