Details of the issue:Running the FTB_launcher.exe on Windows 10 doesn't work for me.
Trying to do so results in literally nothing, admin permissions doesn't work, this: "http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/feed-the-beast-launcher-directories-mac-linux-windows.9363/" doesn't work either.
