Every time I try to download the Infamy server, it redirects me here http://www.creeperrepo.net/direct/F...84ada9/modpacks^Infamy^2_1_3^InfamyServer.zip, which looks good, but the download never starts? Any thoughts on where I could get this server zip file at?

It does not work for me either. It says can't establish a connection. It is trying to connect to the atlanta server which according to creeper host status is down. If somehow it can be changed to another one that may work.
One time it tried to connect to Chicago for me and I got the same result.
It is also offline.
Unfortunately not. I thought that it maybe linked to your download location in the launcher but nope that made no difference either.
