I have a MFE unit and it gets enough power is there anyway to automatically recharge batteries and have it put it in a chest

buildcraft pipes should work

EDIT:
yep it works a pipe or hopper on top of the machine to input empty batteries
and a wooden pipe it works best if you use a autarctic gate set to output on a fully charged item on the side to pull them out into a chest

Another way is to make and place an electrolyzer (vanilla IC2 one not the Gregtech one) against the MFE, of course they kinda suck but it is an option.
