Request Can someone host my server?

Im looking for anyone or a way i can host a free server for a custom modpack im making. yes, i know there are lots of other ways but i dont know how to use any of them. thank you all for your time and yes if whoever is gonna host the server i will send them a copy of the modpack so they can play along.

Short answer is that no, nobody will host a server for you. Google has ALL the information; look it up and host the server yourself. The easiest and cheapest method is just to portforward, download the forge server, copy the mods to that and then run. Then you'll have a server. Again, google for more information (Minecraft's port is 25565, if you get that far). The Minecraft Wiki page has lots of information.

Once you've gotten a vanilla server, post here again (on this thread or make a new one) and THEN I'll be willing to walk you through the steps.
