Sorry for asking such a derpy question to start off.

Well I was wondering if you can change mods and configs when hosting a CreeperHost server. I am planning to get a server for me and a few mates running the direwolf pack. I want to add gregtech and disable a few other mods, but can I touch the configs if I get a VPS? I have done a few searches on this topic but failed to find any results. I know you most likely can but I just want confirm I'm correct.

Thanks, cc1324

Yes you can. I currently have a creeperhost server, and I use a program called "Cyberduck" to edit my mods and config files. If you're having problems with how to get things to work, creeperhost's customer service is fantastic, and fairly quick to respond :)

Don't use Cyberduck, it's slow and clunky. I use Filezilla to transfer files to the CP server.

Get the customised modpack working on your client, then use the forge installer to make a forge server.jar. Rename that to craftbukkit.jar, and upload that plus minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar (if needed). Then copy across your mods and config folder from your client, and everything "should" work.

When starting a new CP server, it may take a little while for the domain to be registered before you can connect to it.
