Windows .exe Buildcraft world import.

I've been playing the same world since alpha, and not long ago installed Buildcraft.
I moved the world over to FTB's save folder and the world imports fine but without any Buildcraft objects placed in the world. Everything I had stored in chests appears fine but all of my engines, pipes, and etc that are placed in the world are completely MIA.
Is there something special I'm missing?
