The seed thread is not a strictly XBXL thread, it is an FTB seed thread. I recommend making sure you say whether or not BoP is installed and being used.

FTB hasn't been using BoP for very long.

a good seed is:
Seed: thriftworks
Description: good land-to-water ratio on overworld, lots of structures and THREE questing rams not that far from spawn in the twilight forrest dimension.

But you really should put more detail in the OP so people are more interested. For example, you should at least post some yourself so others get the idea.
