Anyone know why this doesnt work?

It's probably just stuck on something. The frames won't move it one of the attached blocks can't move. You'll probably need to check all the frame surfaces to make sure they didn't pick up a block or disconnect from a block.

More specifically, if your contraption tries to move while you're holding Funky Locomotion's iWrench, you'll see a bunch of red particles that are visible through blocks appear wherever your contraption is stuck.

Also, I see that some of the frames on the sides of your machine are exposed. You might want to wrench them closed- that could easily be why it's stuck.
