Ae2 patterns

Hi

I'm running a custom pack on a server loosely based off infinity with reikas RoC and ReC and electricraft mods and a few others and just updated the mods to latest stable mods or the recommend builds etc including an update from ae2 to latest from about half a dozen versions behind and now autocrating patterns won't use wood planks to make a pattern therfore not being able to craft pistons etc any ideas if it is ae2 and worth going back or could it be another mod
