A question about server choice...

I was thinking of renting a server for me and about 3 to 6 mates.
It is going to be the Direwolf 20 mod pack and I was wondering if I could get some advice
on the specifications needed for them.

We would all be on at once and probably would be using a few mystcraft worlds 1 each most likely.
I was looking at the creeperhost spider server pack which has 3Gb ram ,30Gb HDD ,2 CPU cores and
unlimited data transfer.
Would this be enough or too little or flat out overkill

for 3 that should not be a problem,
6, Im not sure, you would have to try it.

I expect that you to run into trouble with ram first

Its once you get allot of machines running that problems start to develop.
