What is the bug:
I can restart my server, and sometimes, it will be okay to log back into it. However, for the most part the server will continue to kick me after trying to rejoin the session giving me the IOException: Connection was forcibly closed by a remote host.
I have tried to following: restarting my PC, restarting my router & modem (unplug and power off cycled), deleting all files related to minecraft, APPdata, FTB, APPdata, etc. Reinstalling, turning off resource pack, restarting server, stopping & starting server, etc.

Can it be repeated:
Repeats itself any time I log out and try to rejoin the session. Also happens when I try to enter the Nether. I will typically be booted from the server and then subsequently cannot log back into the server. Forced server restarts may or may not fix the issue.
