Version:
1.0.1

What is the bug:
Powering a Quarry from BC with some Energy Conduits from Buildcraft will crash the world and makes it unable to start again.

Mod & Version:
EnderIO-1.7.10-2.1.7.254 // buildcraft-6.1.5n

Paste.feed-the-beast.com log:

Can it be repeated:
I tried this after crashing our Server with following setup:

We're powering with a 5x5x5 Big Reactor's reactor getting the energy with some ender io energy conduits into a dimensional transceiver.

I don't know if it will happen if you try it in the overworld but we were trying to get a quarry running in the Deep Dark.

Now if you place a quarry there a dimensional transceiver and connect them with energy conduits you'll first get a sync issue:
the transceiver will not power!!

Leaving and reentering the Deep Dark forces an update and it will power the quarry for a few seconds and will then crash your map completely.

Known Fix:

this crash is only related to buildcraft quarries being used in negative dimension ie deepdark twilight nether, should be fixed in 1.0.2
