What is the bug:
On SMP server, any items put in or taken out of a thermal expansion satchel have no effect on the contents of the satchel (i.e. items put in are lost; items present from before the 1.0.1 patch taken out stay in the satchel)
Problem reproduces on a brand-new SSP world as well.
