So I recently started a magic 2 map and I'm finding it difficult to obtain even 1 ender pearl. The problem seems to the frequency of the rainbow forest biome. No monsters spawn in them at all, only peck's. Not even zombie's. I dont know if it's bad luck with generation but all I seem to find is...

Thanks in advance for the advice, I'm simply looking for a good way to send MJ power from a steam boiler over a long distance; for quarry's and such. TE3 not accepting MJ power is really making this challenging. Sure I could build 100 Magmatic's but I've been there and done that. Any Suggestions?
