While working I have noticed that I am running very low on Tin and Copper, yet have acquired a very large amount of lapis, redstone, silver and diamond. So is there a way using some mod to convert these materials to copper and tin?

I am currently siting with a full AESU(100,000,000 EU), so what can I do with the power. Have walls of machines connected, 3 mass fabs, and other assorted machines. But it does not even make a dent. So whats good to spend lots of energy on. Don't want to make a new AESU, since they aren't cheap...
