Can anyone tell me what these are? Whenever one of the sounds plays it startles me, and if there's any way to turn them off without breaking anything, it'd be appreciated. I'm assuming the howling is from Witchery, what with the werewolves and such, but other than that I have no clue.

I've always been a fan of FTB packs, but no matter what pack I play (unless it's a HQM map) I tend to abandon it after a week or two. Anyone know what modpacks may suck me into it? I prefer magic mods but will still play tech-centered packs.
