Why is Advanced Machines no longer in packs (not even in resurrection)?

I want to play with GT but have all the recipes and all the hard stuff that GT brings reverted back to as close to vanilla as possible. Does any one know which are the options in the config to do that and where they are?

I'm assuming it's cryotheum but I want to know for sure.

When my AE system needs to make an advanced machine casing, it gets stuck trying to make the last piece of advanced alloy, it can make the first one, and it even makes the mixed metal ingots to make the second one, but doesn't actually compress it. The crafting monitor doesn't say I'm missing...

I checked Jessassin's video where he used fluid storage cells (from extracells) to see if I'm using the same version and I am, but I can't see nowhere in NEI the fluid storage cells.

Advanced Machines is one of the few mods that are updated to 1.7.2 and it's not in unstable, which imo it should be. Anyone else think it should?

I have 4GB of RAM so I would like it to use only 2GB. But I set to 2GB on the launcher and it ends up using about 3GB. Basically, before I start FTB my PC uses about 800MB. Then I start playing, and I start getting lag spikes, so I check on task manager and it says I'm using up 97% of my RAM...

It's getting annoying since I can barely get pearls since when I look at endermen they only stay mad at me for 1-2 secs and I can't kill them since they teleport every 1-2 secs. Anybody know what this mod is? Is there a config for it?

I'm on a server (a Monster 1.0.7 server), and we are getting HUGE lag. So I just wanted to ask if anybody else has been getting the same problem. I am not the admin so this thread doesn't go in server section, I don't think.

Why are the IC2 addons not used anymore after Ultimate. GregTech (not even on easy mode), Advanced Machines, Advanced Solar Panels, and GraviSuite are not used anymore. They were some of my favorite mods, and I manually added to the packs, and haven't had any problems. So yeah anybody know why...
