Before I rebooted it was a lot slower. If that is the case and it is normal, it makes it unusable and a waste of resources

I recently rebooted my server and now the Nano Saber will drain my advanced jet pack at 1% / 15 seconds while on. Also if I just use the saber without a lappack or batpack on it drains completely in about 18 seconds. Is this normal or just a bug? Thanks
