The filter when used with a server can be set to blacklist cobble going to the tesseract, that blocks cobble from going in there. So if the only other possible location is a trashcan, it will go there, just make sure the trashcan is further away, as itemducts put items in the closest inventory...

Is this in single player? If so, try to run the server locally and then login. I once had similar issues, but running both a server and single player on the same pc fixed that issue somehow. Even if it doesn't, its good to just try it and see if the server at least keeps running when you try to...

I'm not sure why you has so many of these, but every time someone presses refresh in their server menu, you'll see these messages in the server console. So I just ignore those messages.

I don't get it. Excavate and the orequarry do the same thing? The orequarry however simply leaves cobble and dirt if you want it to. It also doesn't leave a big hole in the ground. And if you like doing things manually, why not dig the 30X30 square yourself? Ontopic: I've used orequarry alot...

xycraft tank with water and item io's should also work. And it doesn't require power to fill them, you just need to pump in bottles and pump out water bottles :P

Did you only change the server config? If so the client will still show the old expensive recipe. You should be able to click the empty output slot to get the macerator though.

If you don't have a ton of ores at once in the system, you could just make a loop close to the furnace using regular pipes and an iron pipe. Just be carefull that there won't be a few thousand items circling around. Or loop it back to the chest. If it's only sometimes that it overflows, like...
