Railcraft is in the pack, yes. But I dont see the tanks. These are the tanks I like actually, and have used them before. If I search 'tank' for instance, tank walls, gauges and valves should show up, unfortunately they aren't there

The person that is looking for it says he has gone far out, and put up a strip mine, and didn't get any. Are you sure it will spawn in newly visited areas?
