Is this intended or bug that empty liquiducts (but connected) and tanks in semi-outdoor area will get filled with rain water at random? Water is getting inside a using but empty liquiduct and there is a mysterious 100mb water in my steel tank.

If is it a bug of Biome O' Plenty, a seed (luck) problem or a fact, that ocean biome can be so large that it extends from 2000ish all the way to 30000+ block?

I drained the molten metal from the faucet to a seared glass. Tried to bucket it back in the basin, it doesn't work, bucket it to the lava tank on the side of the smeltery, doesnt work. Now how do I pour the molten liquid back inside the smeltery?
