I downgrade my server back to 1.3.4. The 1.4.0 has too many bugs now so I'll wait for 1.4.x. about the profiling - it took like hours until it done.

I had this too, you should update to 1.3.4 since they've fixed it there. Well they didn't fixed that specific issue, but they fixed another problems that causes to lags and overloaded stuff.
