After some digging, I've managed to find the map and texture pack (MCv1.1), but the jar mods just cause it to crash! The stuff I found was weirdly organized in multiple ZIP files, so I'm wondering if anybody has a proper working install in a modern program like MultiMC or something.

I tested it out in a fresh world, and I do get XP back from disenchanting something, but in my main survival world, the grindstone removes the enchantment(s) but gives me no XP in return. It's an old world that I've been playing on for a long time; could that be why? And how could I fix it?
