    I don't know about making biomes but the ruins mod can custom gen things for you, as for mobs I have no clue I believe @Gideonseymour figured put a way to spawn mobs. You could message him.

    Crashing?

    From what I see it looks like thaumcraft (or thaumic tinker) is trying to add tool parts to tinkers but tinkers construct doesn't have any ichor parts. So try updating thaumic tinker and thaum craft or try using extra tic. Mod.
