You dont even need to try that hard. Just use some floral fertilizer on dirt/grass, get some green mystical flowers, get 2 petals, and then use the pestle and mortar to make some botania green dye.

So you have to place your tessaract first so that you are the owner. If you let the turtle place it, computer craft becomes the owner and attempting to click it with the pulverized shiny metal will not work.
