ok i run a Direwolf20 v4 server called Veilcraft and all over the map nether portals will randomly appear and there is too many of them for it to be because of a player returning to the overworld so my question is, is this happening to any other admins/owners and does anybody know a fix for it?

i run a server using the Direwolf20 pack and i just recently updated the server to version 4 of the pack and updated my client the same but when ever i try and connect i get an error i took a screenshot here is the link: http://imgur.com/XZfBC anybody have any idea why this is?
