If i can recall correctly sheldonite is added by gregtech and its possible that its not added properly to the ore conversion dictionaries, did you try on a macerator or on a industrial grinder (ic2 and gregtech machines)? /manu edit:guz was hella fast there hehe

What are your specs m8, remember the ultimate has a few more mods than the mindcrack one. I run a 2gb server with fragnet and apart from that stupid world leak that i fixed by keeping the worlds loaded (all the packs seem to have the memory leak btw), the transation from midcrack to ultimate...
