I think you should switch the hopper inputs around, so that coal goes in the side, and gravel goes in the top, just like with vanilla furnaces

You could make them obtainable by the vanilla crafting recipes (Diorite 2 Quarts and 2 Cobble, Granite Diorite + Quartz, Andesite Diorite + Cobble) A little expensive, but it's not like most people will want to use them anyway

Tier 6 is not the same size, but the distance of the runes between the last layer of runes is the same, one down, two across. I believe you have to line the runes all the way to the corner where there will be your pillars
