I had the same trouble on my server but I think I solve it yesterday. And gravestones were not the problem. Do you use chunkloader/anchor ? Do you have redstone conduit or mekanism cable outside those chunkloader ? Did your low tps appear few minutes after someone leave the server or move away...

wall of dsu is harder to do with the channel limitation. 100 dsu + storage bus +cables is probably highter cpu usage than a disk drive Well. I'm trying now to use more disk and less storagebus/dsu.

20 channel per batch Easiest (not best) is one P2P per batch and those P2P on controller, so 4 controller's facade. This way, one cable from controller to your drive, holding your 4 channels (batches)

Same crash log for me while opening nei, or my me terminal. So could be inventory. I was able to open my inventory 2 or 3 times before crash. But as I got reika's mod I though it was incompatibility so didn't investigate more before going to work. Will send crash log in few hour during lunch...

mining laser with yellow focus will generate more yellorium than used. At least in every packed I've played if you have a "god" reactor (low consumtion)

Do you put lapis lazuli on the coercicer deriver ?

Is it a cube/sphere module (I mean mffs module) or a custom module ? Scaling custom module always do this.
