    I would suggest trying to remove norton but I will say that I do not recommend this because this will leave your system vulnerable to attack but sometimes it maybe the only option left. The decision is yours. If you do and still get an error then post that log because it maybe a different error.

    You have java 6 and you need to be using java 7. Also if you have a 64 bit os then you should be using the 64 bit java. If you have a 32 bit os then you will have issues with running the dw20 pack because it requires a minimum of 2gb of ram to be allocated. Get the latest java from the link...

    I would say that it is most likely your av program or firewall blocking you. When you added the exception did you include sub folders. I would not recommend doing this because it would leave your system vulnerable but I would try disabling norton temporarily to see if that helps. If it does...
