What mods did you update? If one of them was IC2 then either force update the pack or take IC2 from another pack. if you force update it will wipe all your additional mods and any config changes you made.

Just be sure to grab the x64 one.

Unfortunately from what I have read that error means the world is unrecoverable I am afraid.

What modpack are you playing? You do know that the more you mods you add to the pack the potential for more issues can arise. It mentions Atomic science in the log.

Shaders are a huge strain on a system. Unless you have a really beefy pc you will have issues. Do you have optifine installed? It is needed afaik if using shaders but because of compatibility issues I don't recommend it.

Oops just realised I forgot to mention the folder. It your case it was the one below. If you did that one it will cover both of the packs. I assume you did that because you got it working. :) C:\Users\Oz\Desktop\FTB\Monster\minecraft\saves\Gettin' Techy\chickenchunks\loginTimes.dat

This is an error I have seen numerous times and is caused by your av program. Add an exception the folder, in bold below, to your av program and be sure to check any boxes regarding sub folders. If you don't know how then google 'add an exception to [your av program here]...

Have you tried force updating the pack?

Eyamaz has stated in the link below that current world may not survive an update to 2.0 of the modpack because of major changes to ore gen. So I would suggest that either stay on the current recommended version or create a new world if you plan on updating to the latest version...

If you enable the cheat sheet in the Thaumcraft config you will get unfortunately all the research not just what you have done. Take regular backups of your world. Try the mod out below for saving your world...
