Someone did post in another thread about a mod similar to a server backup mod but I can't remember who posted it or the thread it was in.

The crash is related to the hats mod. The mod packs guys are working to fix the issue but afaik there is no fix yet. If you have no use of the hats mod then disable the hats mod and hat stand.

If you are using map writer as your minimap then disable it and try another one.

Remove that entry because you are telling java to use 512mb of ram which is nowhere near enough ram. If you still get a crash then post a fresh log to pastebin and link it here.
