Does the server generate any crash reports and have you tried using the /save-on command?

I think you might be looking for the /chunkloaders command, which is added by the Chickenchunks mod.

disconnectIDMismatch is generally caused by the server and client using different configs. Is your server running the Ultimate pack default configs? And did your friend make any changes to his client's config folder?
