If you are running the game through the FTB launcher then it should create a text file with a list of the id's that are conflicting and also tell you what id's you can use. You usually get a message on screen when the issue happens.

If you create your own world you wont have anything to do unless you want to cheat items in to start with. The reason for the maps is jadedcat gives you items to start you off.

Use multiple pastebin's then becuase without the log they can't check to see if it is a bug or not.

I would conclude that your gfx card can't run it with texture pack you are trying to use. Also I don't know why you are reporting this as a bug because it has nothing to do with this thread.

Get the pack from here and manually install it into the resource pack folder.

This is correct and if they wish to add mods then they do so at their own risk. This section is only for the packs as they on the launcher with no additional mods.

That is not a mod pack bug. You have a 64 bit os and are using 32 bit java. Remove and install the 64 bit one and increase ram to 2gb in the options.
