The same error may occur with the ftb launcher. You could try disabling the mod.

I just noticed you said you are using the curse client sorry. The log mentions key bindings and refers to open computers. I would check that out.

You need to be patient. The people that help here don't live on the forums. You get the log from the console window using the upload log button.

Running a client and server on the same machine is not recommended. I suggest getting a dedicated one.

The log mentions bop as the issue. I would remove it.

ftb folder/libraries/net/forge You will the forge versions in the folder location above. You can update forge and you should be able to delete the ones that are there. You may to put it in a folder like the versions that are there. As always do a backup just in case.

Giving to much memory to java will hurt performance and 4gb is usually enough unless you are using some crazy hi-res resource pack.

Try updating gendustry.

In your ftb infinity instance folder in the config folder. The file is called splash.

Possibly a mod you added changed a recipe or check NEI as it may have changed.

Tell him to make sure that reopen launcher after....minecraft is ticked in the options. Now when the crash happens the launcher will reopen. If this is the full log then tell him to click the drop down box where it usually says recommended and choose the latest version from the list that...

Yes, if he closes the launcher then the log will be gone.

Is that the complete log? Also please use pastebin for the log and not a wall of text.
