    I would never update any hardware using that method. Always go to the manfacturers website and update from there.

    What was error you got? You should be able to upgrade from previous version unless told it needs a new world.

    The log refers to your intel card but if you have a dedicated nvidia card then you should be using that one instead.

    ig75icd64.dll The file mentiond above from your log is refering to your video card. I would suggest that you check for an update for them. Do not use windows update or any other method other than going to Intel's website and checking there.

    Removed all java versions and install the latest java 8 64-bit only. Post a fresh log if you still have issues.

    What model of laptop do you have? When you have that then go to their website to get the latest driver e.g Dell, HP, ASUS. if you are still having issues then I suggest googling how to remove the password from the bios.

    Yes using multiple pastebins will be fine as your log does not have a crash in it.

    Use mcedit and remove the chunkloader at the location below. If you don't know how to use mcedit then try youtube or google. Location: World: (226,33,-50)

    What the above person says is true. There will be a backup folder just restore the most recent one from that.
