I have not seen the video myself so I wanted to know how the video told you to check for updates.

How did you determine that the card was up to date?

Load your world into mcedit and take a look. If you don't know how to use mcedit then do a search for tutorials for it.

I set one up and I used my public ip for other people to connect to me and that worked fine.
