redownload something is messed up in your install. Left click the items into the slots. For some reason it erases them if you right click.

No its not. Its cause by an inventory returning the wrong result from getStackInSlot when the Extruder asks it a question.

What block is the extruder ejecting into?

I can't duplicate this. Except by using the autocraft with ME. Otherwise all the crafting tables work. And the crafting grid in the AE terminal. Just not the programmed patterns. That is very odd. Any lava within 10 blocks?

You forgot, culinary generator... more power from better food.

Look in NEI in cheat mode. You added a ton of mods. That breaks the pack. Its been reported as a bug. For now use the /hqm edit to edit the quest to completed or roll back and finish the quest in the old version. Hopefully we'll figure out why that is occuring soon. I don't plan to change...

2.0.3 should fix many of these bugs.
