You dont need a strong machine to run it. I was able to run it on 32bit java(32x machine) with 2GB of ram.(used it as a test). Ultimate ran on 1GB. Newer packs cant do this. They require 64bit java and 2-4GB of ram just to run Edit, if your building something, You should always go for a 64bit...
