Ok, Due to popular demand, IBCM/Defence Tech is in, but the last small storage mod, Storage Drawers, is taken out.

By Popular modpack, I would say it is a modpack that has gotten a good amount of attention to it, like FTB Packs, or Popular Curse packs, or etc. But remember if you ask for it, I could replace on of the mods on the list with a suggested one.
