Does the pack load without the resource pack? Try removing fastcraft and see if it loads.

Try without optifine and post a log.

You need Java 8, it crashes because the server is using Java 7. Try uninstalling all versions of Java 7 and then install Java 8. If it still crashes post a new log.

The biggest problem is that you only have 4gb of ram. Allocating 3.5 out of 4 will cause issues as your OS also needs some ram. Try reducing the allocated ram to 2.5-3gb and see if that helps. Also note that Optifine might cause issues. Running the pack on the server should definitely help...

You don't need BinniePatcher with the version of BinniesMods and Forestry you have. Installing the patcher will cause the crash you had.

Remove optifine and try again, if it still fails post a new log. Edit: Also try removing BinniePatcher.
