FTB Beyond is a 1.10.2 pack, to my knowledge there is no way to run bukkit/spigot plugins on a forge server for that MC version. However you should be able to use Sponge and Sponge plugins for that. https://www.spongepowered.org/

Do you have other servers running? Something else is using the port and the server cannot use it.

Take a backup and delete island.json from your world folder. Also 10Gb of allocated ram is too much, reduce it to 4-6.

Looks like a corrupted world/chunk, restore a backup.

Remove optifine, post a new log if it still crashes.

Increase the amount of ram to 4 or 5GB if you can, 3 GB is a little low for a 1.10 pack.

Remove ResourceLoader from the server.

If you use itemducts place a chest on top of the quarry and then pipe out of the chest.

Restore the world from a backup.

You can use FTB utilities to load chunks, when you open your inventory click on the map icon on the left, then click on a chunk to claim it and ctrl or shift click to chunk load it.

Try enabling safe-mode in ForgeEssentials config.
