I get it too. Mostly when the item that I'm searching for a recipe for ("R" or "U") doesn't have anything that can be crafted with it. But I assume that's because it's looking through the 130+ mods I've got and is trying to find recipes. WHY CAN'T YOU BE INSTANT SEARCH AND NO LAG EVER, NEI? heh.

yup, sorry, fallen behind with the challenge while I get a few other things taken care of. Basically Pulverizers, Macerators, etc, basic power generators (Generator, Stirling, Redstone Engines). Batteries are the energy storage.

F8 IIRC or F9 I think F7 shows you where hostile mobs can spawn.

Why void it and recreate it later when you can store it until it's needed? it's just a matter of personal preference.

I'd argue that you should pulverize Quarrycobble, but that's just me. Why bother making cobble when you have oodles of it from the Quarry?

MFR Machines have a timer where they can't do anything. This is a blue bar on the far right IIRC. Next time it's idle, check and see if that bar is decreasing.

I'm actually considering from a certain point making walls around the entire city optional/[Challenge], because a lot of cities had the core protected, but a lot of what lay outside was just plain outside the walls, once a city grew to a certain size. Eventually I want to put in a [Challenge]...

I meant using Sand/Gravel in the filling machine. They'd fall down after being placed, and the machine would try to replace them, etc etc etc.
