NO. A majority of the packs will be RF based. RF is an energy system that was started by TE3 and has been adopted by many MC mods. It does not require TE3 to work. THere will be at least one pack based around IC2/BC.

I would have to push 2 hotfixes really close to each other. Every time I do that server owners scream at me on here and on twitter. They have made it clear they prefer I leave a pack until as many bugs are fixed as possible.. Personally I have no issues with as many hotfixes as needed to solve bugs.

Do a /cofh kill all in the world. It looks like Infernal Mobs is having trouble removing the ender tag. The updates to recommended are usually whatever was in the last non-recommended with a few minor additions.
