None are disabled. There's a tab in the thaumonomicon for ProjectE. You must do research for it :)

Yes the pack is found on the curse launcher! There isn't a server version due to the fact that it's on curse, but if you upload the files and remove mouse tweaks and better title screen then the server should work! I hope you like the pack. Let me know what you think!
