I think skipping 1.7 is a mistake, I'd expect 1.8 to be as bad, or even worse, then 1.7. I've heard "inventory rewrite" and "railway changes" which scare me... Oh, and speaking of 1.7 packs, I'll have a intermediate gregtech pack once all the mods become stable or close to stable :D

Btw, about the greggy_greg thing, there's a version without that code, you can get it from PMing this cool dude. It's fully legal, since the mod is open-sourced.

Tbh: Most mod ideas simply suck. Flowerchild sums it up nicely: The 1% of good ideas are usually overlooked, especially since most mod devs already have lots of their mod mapped out anyways, they don't need any more ideas.

To be honest, this goes beyond lazy :P

Isn't there a twilight forest thingy that changes the biome? Edit: Nvm, there's no twilight forest in the pack.

I've been on this forum more then I've played FTB :P Mostly since the server I played on for a while stopped working and the owner disappeared, which seems to happen every time I join a server, and I hate restarting.

I added a part on the legal status of modpacks. Not sure what to add, a lot of that stuff is debatable.

Do you have plans on documentation and a list of changes to vanilla?
