The only way I've found to get that mutation is to set up an alveary with 3-5 mutator blocks inside, and stuff them with uranium. The Valuable mutation is so ridiculously low it feels.

In my opinion at least, you usually want to keep the ceiling from being a focal point, so nothing too crazy. Usually just dull, neutral colors works well; I often use railcraft concrete or fir wood planks as a ceiling.

Nuclear, I use nuclear anyway :p Just set up a simple Mk1, and if you're using Gregtech, do a combo thorium/plutonium. Hook em up to your MFSU bank with some AND gates, and when everyone is full, turns off the reactor. You can pump out 300+eu/t out of a 2 chamber reactor MK1 no problem.
