    There were a lot of mistakes in here. Firstly, IIRC Tekkit had started asking for perms in 1.2.5, but past history left mods like Forestry excluded. If they didn't then, they certainly did in 1.4. You didn't mention the fact that 1.3 meant the mods written for client-side also worked on servers...

    Agreed. I want my moving parts back (even at the price of lag). Someone commented before that they look like they ought be spinning. I'd like that.

    I'm quite pleased with the tiering shown in TE4. One of the biggest complaints I heard was the lack of real tiering to the machines and this inclusion should please some of those who requested more structure.

    You're 100%, but your point is unrelated to mine. I was saying that they're just adding things that are already in other mods and appear frequently (barrels!!!). This is what was happening to IC2 that displeased me and that's why I dropped IC2 in 1.5 (pre-experimental changes).

    Not only that, but most of the features seen were just reimplementations of things done numerous times in other mods. This is the first step down the route of IC2, please change course.

    Mods to add to FTB Monster....

    It is a Biome ID conflict. Check the dumps without LOTR and then change all biome IDs in the LOTR' config to one of the free ones. To be fair on him, half the time new members get given the advice search for your problem, the other half of the time they're told to eff off. For once let's answer...
