Depends on the modpack. For most modpacks, your answer is correct - Tinker's Construct tools are not enchantable in a vanilla enchantment table. However, I am currently playing Project Ozone 3 modpack, and (believe it or not), in that modpack, you can actually enchant Tinker's Construct tools...

to this outsider it sure would make sense for FTB and MultiMC to combine forces, since MultiMC already acts as a full-fledged launcher for all the FTB modpacks. And since both parties seem to be stumped by Forge for v1.14.4, perhaps they can figure out a way to tackle the problem together...

Creepers never used to damage the player if the player was in water when the creeper exploded... but I was watching a vanilla minecraft v1.14.4 stream today and the player was blown up by a creeper when they were both standing in the water.... when did they change that?

I've tried two of the v1.14.4 modpacks (FTB Unstable and ATM 4) that are available on Twitch, but I don't have any sounds in either modpack. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue?

This really shouldn't ever happen in the game. Typically, the modpack creator would manually change one of the recipes to something slightly different in order to prevent this conflict. Are you playing one of the major modpacks, or did you put it together yourself?
